What Can We Do For You?

Once you have made the decision to notify us of your possible interest in our shutters, the procedure to have your windows measured and obtain a price quote becomes very simple. Upon calling us, you can arrange a date and time for your sales appointment that is most convenient for you.

All appointments are free of charge, with absolutely no obligation to order. A sales representative will arrive at your home with a product sample (which demonstrates various feature options available to you) and an album containing photographs of installations we have recently completed.

While your windows are being measured, these tools can help you decide which shutter features would best complement your existing decor. Some of these available features include:

  • Louver Width (2-3/8" California Series or 3-1/2" Plantation Series)
  • Inclusion of a Horizontal Divider Rail at a particular height of the shutter
  • Tilt Rod Location (centered or set off to one side)
  • Semi-Height Shutters which only cover the lower section of a window area

Upon completion of window measurements, our sales professional can give design advice (if required), and will provide you with a written price quotation. Upon placing an order, you must provide us with your desired paint or stain colour. In most cases, the preferred finish is one which matches that of the window trim. We will match not only the colour and sheen, but the brand of paint or stain as well. In this manner, perfect harmony between trim and shutter can be attained.

Delivery time (between order date and installation date) is normally 3 to 4 weeks.
